Italian Health Minister meets GK Investment Holding Group Chairman Kamel Ghribi and GSD management officials in Rome
GK Investment Holding Group Chairman Kamel Ghribi, together with the the Rector of San Raffaele Vita-Salute University Prof.Enrico Gherlone, the CEO of San Raffaele Hospital Elena Bottinelli, the CEO of San Donato Hospital University Francesco Galli and GSD President Angelino Alfano, met Italian Health Minister Roberto Speranza in Rome.
The Hon. Health Minister voiced his appreciation of the role that GSD had during the COVID-19 pandemic and the significance of how the hospital group handled and managed the outbreak, particularly during the critical initial phase of the pandemic. The course of discussions also centred on the importance of investment in healthcare across all regions of Italy that will permit a national infrastructure strong enough to deal with future epidemics swiftly and efficiently as well as the importance of medical R&D and investment in education that will provide Italy with well-trained specialist healthcare professionals.
