Acquisition of the SCANMED Group

GKSD- GSD President Kamel Ghribi concluded his mission in Krakow, Poland, where attended a dinner to celebrate the acquisition of the SCANMED Group, one of Poland’s largest hospital groups managed by the American Heart of Poland, which is also part of the GKSD/GSD family. This new acquisition represents the continuation of a strong growth path not only in Poland but also in Eastern Europe. President Kamel Ghribi said that the aim of this extraordinary celebration was to congratulate all those who have worked so hard on this major investment, which further consolidates the Group’s position as a centre of medical excellence in the region.
