When we increase our understanding of the environmental impacts of agriculture then we can create solutions to mitigate these impacts. At ECAM we know that food systems are major drivers of global biodiversity but also have an impact on water scarcity and climate change. ECAM supports projects that promote changes to both food production systems and consumption, essential elements for a sustainable future where everyone has access to healthy food.
