Kamel Ghribi Chairman of GK Investment Holding, President of GSD Healthcare Middle East, Vice President of Gruppo San Donato and Paolo Rotelli President of San Raffaele Vita-Salute University signed an important agreement with Hossam Hamdy, representing the Gulf Medical University in the Emirate of Ajman.
This important MOU will join GSD Healthcare with one of the most requested medical universities in the Middle East. The innovative agreement signed by the two Vice Presidents of the San Donato Group will allow the exchange of innovative medical research, expertise and training programs between GSD and GMU. The project aims to pursue and provide health excellence through the sharing of scientific knowledge and to create a sustainable health care model for the future.
President Kamel Ghribi said that in these COVID-19 times the sharing of clinical and medical data research among institutions is of crucial importance if we want to successfully face the threat of a new pandemic. He also stated: The dissemination of knowledge derived from clinical research has historically been limited. In these pandemic times, our mission is to work towards a more open science that enables medical professionals to access comprehensive data analysis and provide peer feedback to help research move forward quickly and efficiently.
Both GSD and GMU are centres of excellence in medical research and development and we look forward to a fruitful collaboration that will lead to continued professional development in training, medical research and treatment.
